Customer loyalty and CRM specialist Dan Martin joins the Llama herd

We’re thrilled to welcome loyalty and CRM strategist Dan Martin to the Llama herd. He brings over 20 years of building, managing and growing award-winning customer loyalty programmes for major travel and high street brands including Avios, Qatar Airways, Air France KLM, the Halfords Motoring Club and the high speed rail operator, Avanti West Coast.
